Courage,
Together

The Courage Studio is a strategy lab and practice ground for collective courage. We develop ideas, experiences, and cultural works that build the conditions for courageous change.

Our why.

We're living through an intense time of accelerating change, growing inequities, and deep uncertainty. Courage is needed everywhere and yet, many of us lack the practice and conditions that allow for meaningful risk-taking.

Rooted in the belief that courage requires more than an individual act of bravery, we strive to create spaces, ideas, and work that create the conditions that accelerate courage everywhere.

Where systems continue to fail us, we are choosing to be each other's infrastructures of care. Where society asks to prove our worthiness, we insist that we are all deserving of each other's courage.

Courage is a collective commitment, and we invite you to join us.

A workshop wall covered in colorful sticky notes under the question: What fears, hesitations, barriers or questions do you have?
How we work

How we build
collective courage.

Courage isn't built one way. We work across three connected areas today—building capacity, telling stories, and growing community—so that change makers everywhere have what they need to take meaningful risks together.

01

Capacity Building

Learning experiences that build our capacity to create change.

02

Storytelling

Narrative projects that inspire courage and create community.

03

Community

Spaces and experiences where being together is the point.

Experiment with us

Have a courage project you want to pilot? Let us support you.

Creating the condition for collective courage takes multiple forms. Each quarter, we select a project to incubate and launch. We offer our expertise in narrative strategy, marketing, and experience design to help you pilot your idea around courage. You don't need to be an established organization, and your project doesn't have to be fully developed.

Instead of charging an upfront consulting fee, we co-invest in your success — and get rewarded only if you do. Apply today and let's experiment together.
